Shipping policy

At Graham's Nifty Store, we want to be upfront about delivery so there are no surprises.

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days for UK and international orders, depending on your location and the product.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside our control such as customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at hoojah.gts@gmail.com and we'll look into it straight away.
